History :

Our story began in 2015 in a small village near Marrakech in Morocco , where we were on a trip and visited a handcrafts organization that produces Moroccan traditional carpets using only fabrics remnants and deadstock, the association employs 30 women who master the technique of making

handcrafted carpets, which makes a social and an environmental impacts. This organization helps reduce unemployment in rural areas and most importantly it is environmentally responsible.

Since we are passionate about textile and fashion, this experience inspired

us to start a business in fashion that is also eco-friendly and using only

fabrics remnants.

Hence, ECOCESSORY was created in December 2016 and is based in Nantes, France. Our products include handbags, scarfs, wallets, bags, … for both women and men.
